What you should contribute

For all the ascents, it is indispensable that you should bring: boots of mountain, small backpack (35 1. of capacity at most), warm clothing (sweater or lining), raincoat, sunglasses, solar protection, water and foot. It is appreciated to have some experience in the mountain and an adequate physical preparation in technical level and duration.

What we include

Guide of mountain specialized in the route with insurance of civil responsibility, insurance of aid in case of accident, technical personal material if necessary (piolet, crampons, harness, snap and descensor) and technical collective material cord and anchorages).
