Leaps, natural acquatic slides, climbing, waterfalls, chaos of rocks... in an impressive environment, they are a mixture for our star activity.
The descent of canyons or canyoning is an activity that any person can practice, although it is recommendable to know to swim, especially when the canyon is aquatic.
It is evident that a person in bad phisical form will not be able to carry out an excessively long descent, neither someone who feels dizzy can climb very high. For this reason, we adapt the conditions of each person, classifying the ravines by different levels of difficulty.
