Winter course for beginners

This is directed to the mountain skiers who dominate the handling of the material and the basic techniques of progression, and want to have total autonomy in the mountain. The exposition of the course will be as follows:

Day 1: To incorporate crampons and mountaineering ice axes to our material, to learn its techniques, and to stimulate situations where its use is necessary: frozen shovels, strong slopes, edges.

Day 2: To make a ski hiking to put in practices the real acquired knowledge.

What is missing?

What you should contribute
•You should consider the means and the time in which it is developped; for this reason, warm clothes are necessary (type clothes of alpine ski) with gloves, cap, sun glasses and solar protection. Also a small backpack with water and some food.

•It is essential a medium level of the alpin ski. If you are going to join your own group, you should remember that always it should become a level of homogenous ski.
